Solar Row is the most recent pioneering project in a long line of sustainable communities that Wonderland Hill Development Company has built over the past 20 years. While we are well known for our "over the top" green building practices, we do not let that get in the way of comfortable, well thought out spaces and great looking homes for you to live in and enjoy for years to come.

Solar Row offers a contemporary urban row home style design while utilizing classic principles and emphasizing progressive sustainable building practices. Two and three bedroom homes are available. Each home includes attached garages and abundant outdoor living areas including porches, decks and/or patios.

We are proud to be working with local architect George Watt and solar electric system pioneers, Namaste Solar, who have been integral in manifesting the vision for this evolving community.
